Shipping

We ship car care products Australia-wide. Standard shipping is $9.95, and free for orders of $99.00 or more. Orders are dispatched from Brisbane within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location.

You'll receive an order confirmation email with a link to check your order status at any time.

Returns & refunds

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it should, you're entitled to a replacement or refund — and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change of mind:we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method.

Services

Wraps, paint protection film, and window tinting are quoted and booked individually — shipping doesn't apply. Workmanship is covered by our warranty; if something isn't right, we'll fix it.
