What we collect
When you place an order, make a booking, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and information about your vehicle or enquiry. That's it — we don't collect anything we don't need to serve you.
How we use your information
We use your information to fulfil orders, manage bookings, respond to enquiries, and send you order or booking confirmations. We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them, and we never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on — or even pass through — our servers. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/au/privacy.
Storage and security
Your information is stored on secure servers and retained only as long as needed for orders, bookings, warranties, and our legal obligations (such as tax records). We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
Access and correction
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
